Guests may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before arrival for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a fee of one night’s stay.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as EFT (bank transfers). Payments are required to confirm your booking.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged upon request.
Yes, all guests must present a valid ID or passport at check-in.
