Cancelling one night before – NO refund.
Cancelling 7 days before arrival – forfeit 100% of the booking total.
Cancelling 14 days before arrival – forfeit 50% of the deposit total.
Cancelling 21 days before arrival – forfeit 25% of the deposit total.
Cancelling 30 days before arrival – forfeit 10% of the deposit total.

Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged upon request.
